• 10+ years of experience in commercial lending or a similar financial role.

• Proven success in C&I lending and other types of commercial finance.

• Strong understanding of credit analysis and underwriting.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy.

• Ability to listen to client needs and deliver solutions professionally and efficiently.
