Branch Manager 

Job Summary: 

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall administration, leadership, and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch. This includes operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security in accordance with the bank’s objectives. The role involves managing a team, growing the branch’s customer base, and driving business development initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership & Team Management 

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals. 

  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. 

  • Foster a customer-centric and sales-driven culture. 

  • Operations & Compliance 

  • Ensure daily operations of the branch run smoothly and in accordance with bank policies. 

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of customer and branch information. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and audit standards. 

  • Customer Relationship Management 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 

  • Address and resolve complex customer issues or complaints effectively. 

  • Promote a high standard of customer service. 

  • Financial Oversight 

  • Manage branch budgets and expenses to ensure profitability. 

  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to track performance metrics. 

  • Prepare reports for senior management as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 

  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience 

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, and financial management. 

  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
