Job Description: 

Responsibilities:  

•  Completes all loan documentation required within bank policy 
• Working with the leadership group to build and maintaining customer relationships  
• Ability to adapt quickly to our banking core values 
   
• Develop long term Ag customer relationships  
• Network and community development  
• Understanding of credit/underwriting preferred, not required  

Requirements:

•  Ability to work independently or as a team 
• Working knowledge of credit structures-preferred 
   
• Bachelors Degree- Agribusiness, finance or related field 
• Ability to work will in a team environment focused on building strong relationships  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
